....The UNESCO international expert meeting “Memory of the World Review Discussion Forum” was held from 1 to 4 March 2017 at the invitation of UNESCO, the German Federal Foreign Office in cooperation with the German Commission for UNESCO in Berlin. Members of the International Advisory Committee of the Memory of the World Programme discussed the future of the programme and proposed recommendations for further consideration by the Director-General of UNESCO.
On behalf of the German Commission for UNESCO, my tasks included curating the general setting of the meeting, overseeing the organizational preparations and thus providing a professional environment for a smooth multilateral working process. This included also assisting in the drafting process of the recommendations.

März 2017 auf Einladung der UNESCO, des Auswärtigen Amtes in Zusammenarbeit mit der Deutschen UNESCO-Kommission in Berlin statt. Mitglieder des Internationalen Beraterkomitees des UNESCO-Programms „Memory of the World“ diskutierten über die Zukunft des Programms und schlugen Empfehlungen zur weiteren Prüfung durch die Generaldirektorin der UNESCO vor.
Im Auftrag der Deutschen UNESCO-Kommission gestaltete ich den programmatischen Rahmen des Treffens und koordinierte die organisatorischen Vorbereitungen zu koordinieren, um so ein professionelles Umfeld für einen reibungslosen multilateralen Arbeitsprozess zu schaffen. Dazu gehörte auch die Mitwirkung an der Erarbeitung der Empfehlungen.
