....LEMON - Live European Music Organizers Network is an informal network of regional and transnational networks of global music in Europe, connected through passion for musical diversity in Europe. Its 14 members from all over Europe gathered from 1 to 3 February 2017 in Cologne to discuss possible developments and joint activities as a network.

On the request of alba Kultur, an independent office based in Cologne, specialising in global music cultures, I advised the organizers on the agenda setting in the preparatory process, moderated the meeting in Cologne and presented ideas on how to set-up sustainable network structures.

Auf Wunsch von alba Kultur, einem unabhängigen Musikbüro mit Sitz in Köln, das sich auf globale Musikkulturen spezialisiert hat, beriet ich die Organisatoren bei Erstellung der Agenda, moderierte das Treffen in Köln und präsentierte Ideen zum Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Netzwerkstruktur.
